Landreth
Inc. is currently seeking an outside
salesperson who will be responsible for developing stock
and flow business with target electrical distributor and
electrical contractor accounts in the Central Florida market.
Develop ongoing strategic business relationships
with target accounts in the Central Florida electrical distribution
and electrical contractor market.
Implement ongoing manufacturer
promotional opportunities with electrical distributor partners.
Review
product inventory levels, mix and pricing on a monthly
basis with branch and purchasing managers.
Position
Requirements:
Four-year
college degree preferred
Previous sales experience in the
commercial electrical/construction/lighting industry will
be considered in leiu of a four-year degree.

Identify and close business opportunities with local electrical
contractors and distributor partners
Establish a regular call schedule with clients
Maintain personal knowledge of current and future job opportunities
using customer communication, Dodge Reports and other job
tracking tools
Maintain detailed project information including bid dates,
bidders, specifications and competition
Work with represented manufacturers to educate the electrical
contractor/distibutor community of products and services
Must have a strong understanding
of the commercial lighting and commercial construction industry
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, building contruction
or engineering is preferred
5-10 years sales experience in the commercial construction/lighting
industry will be considered in leiu of four-year degree
